School Counselors: Leading the Charge to Inspire All Students

Amidst these challenging times, school counselors are poised to lead the charge to help students to be successful in traditional and virtual environments. Join your colleagues in professional development focused on virtual school counseling, back to school planning, mental health, technology, and maintaining rigor and equity. This three-day network will be led by local and national school counseling leaders geared at building your leadership capacity and equipping you with resources.

We will also be offering special “charging stations” every morning before the network on various self-care techniques designed to support you and your students including:

• Virtual yoga
• Music mindfulness
• Guided meditation and positive self-affirmation

In conjunction with National School Counselor Week, we will also celebrate our 2020-2021 district school counselors of the year. Participants need to be charged up and ready to cheer on their colleagues and network as we get ready to charge ahead through the school year!
